We’ve teamed up with neighbouring Pythouse Kitchen Garden, the Green Michelin Star and Bib Gourmand restaurant from Sprigs Co, voted ‘Restaurant Of The Year 2025’ in the Food Lifestyle Awards, to bring you sensational food and drinks at Hatch House.

Sprigs Co’s menus are inspired by the seasons and sourced from within their own kitchen garden and from local farmers, stalkers and growers, chosen for their commitment to protecting and restoring the environment. Head Chef, Darren Broom, has designed a wonderful wedding menu with something for everyone, and the team can also create bespoke menus to suit your requirements.
