Pythouse Club
Pythouse Club was re-opened in 2016 with a brand new Clubhouse designed by Joshua Berry of London based Mitchell Berry Architects. Joshua’s design is inspired by a simple basilica and has classical proportions and elements that reference the imposing Pythouse, which looks down on the Club from its commanding and elevated position behind.
This elegant building with Regency sash windows and fine wood floor inside, has been created with natural materials. It’s clad with Douglas Fir and the roof is reclaimed Welsh slate and looks out over a beautiful green landscape from a wide veranda. It’s the ideal location for a wedding for almost any size with ample room for marquees in the grounds whilst the Clubhouse itself offers a kitchen and a cosy dining space. This could be ideal for a pre-wedding supper or lunch. The pretty veranda offers shade and with the Clubhouse is also another room if needed. It’s a picturesque and tranquil spot in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside.
